Dawn colored pink mock-tail best served cold with ice

Tropical Sunrise 
Ingredients 
Bundaberg lemon-lime and bitters
Apple and Guava juice
Raspberry cordial or grenadine
Soda water
Ice
Can add fresh lime juice or lemonade

but not required

Quantity depends on the amount you want to make 
Instructions 
pour all of the ingredients into a Cocktail shaker and shake, then serve in a glass with fresh lime or lemonade if desired.

Burgundee Ice Cream 
Ingredients 
1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed and mashed
3/4 cup Burgundee creaming soda
3/4 cup full cream milk
1 1/4 cups cream
400gm sweetened condensed milk 
Instructions 
Whisk everything together until we'll combined and then churn in an ice cream machine.
Freeze for a couple of hours to firm and then serve.

Bundaberg Root & Ginger Beer's & Rib Eye Steak Mate

Down the Hatch Grille Mate 
Ingredients 
I bottle each of Root Beer & Ginger Beer, I wood burnong grille, 2 16 ounce Rib Eye steaks, organic if the budget will allow. 
Instructions 
Start the fire and let it burn down but still having plenty of red hot coals. Throw both steaks on tho cook, add salt & pepper to taste. When meat is turned, smear butter on the heated sides as the meat is turned. Next After having placed each bottle in fridge or on ice for 3 hours. Remove from ice, dry bottles & open. Pour 100% of each in it's own frosted glass and drink quickly while keeping an eye on the Rib Eye's. Works better if you can do it in one continuous pull, this should make the back of the throat burn, the good kind of burn...... Enjoy!

500grm Corned beef, all fat removed !

This recipe is fantastic hot with vegies or cold the next day on sandwiches at work " ENJOY " 
Instructions 
PLACE THE FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS IN THE POT AND SLOWLY BRING TO THE BOIL AND THEN DOWN TO A NICE SIMMER FOR 30 MINS.REMOVE BEEF AND LEAVE TO REST COVERED.RAPIDLY BOIL REMAINING GINGER BEER AND ONION UNTIL IT REDUCES TO A QUARTER ORIGINAL VOLUME,ADD MUSTARD POWDER AND REMOVE FROM HEAT.MIX CORNFLOWER IN HALF A CUP OF COLD WATER,ADD TO POT AND MIX WELL. THIS IS YOUR SAUCE FOR THE BUNDABERG GINGER BEEF

Crystallized/candied ginger (optional)

invert a bottle of Bundaberg gingerbeer
drop in 1-2 pieces of crystallized ginger,
Fill glass 1/3-1/2 way with ice,
add 2 mint leaves,
Pour 2-3oz gin over the mint,
Upright and open gingerbeer,

TAKE NOTE:only add 2/3 or 2 parts of it then add the milk or it shall curdle

Ingredients 
Bundaberg Ginger Beer (accept no substitutes)
1 fresh lime
Mint leaves
Ice
2 shots white rum (Bacardi is best)
 
Instructions 
Squeeze lime juice into a tall glass then chop the squeezed lime into 18 pieces and add to glass. Tear a handful of mint leafs into small pieces and add to glass. Add 2 shots of white rum. Ice, 6 large cubes works well. Top with tasty and refreshing Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Return to BBQ and check on steaks while enjoying a refreshing blend of flavors for summer enjoyment.
